Delivery
We only ship to the UK at the moment. Please email us (hello@complexcoffee.com) if you're interested in international shipping.
Delivery is free for all UK orders.
Typically, UK delivery takes 1-2 working days, via Royal Mail.
Smart Tin Reordering
Simply tap your phone on the NFC tag placed along the top of the tin to reorder your preferred coffee, and pay via Apple or Google Pay.
Different phones have the NFC sensor in different areas - e.g. iPhones have the sensor along the top, whereas Samsung Galaxies have the sensor in the middle of the devices. Just tap the tag in the same way you would pay using contactless payments.
Our App Clip replenishment service works on all iPhones running iOS 14.3 or later. You'll also need Apple Pay.

Any Android with an NFC sensor will work. You'll also need to have Google Pay enabled.
Note: You may have to enable NFC in settings.
